Quento now includes a native AI chat built directly into the app. It is designed for real Quento work: creating invoices, updating clients, checking overdue payments, and moving faster without jumping through forms.
Invoicing with AI
The fastest way to understand Quento AI is to use it for the tasks you already do every day:
- create a draft invoice from one sentence
- update the current invoice without leaving the page
- find clients, products, and companies with natural language
- ask quick business questions about revenue, overdue invoices, or recent activity
Examples:
- "Create an invoice for NIP 5832947165, laptop 1250 PLN"
- "1250 is gross"
- "Add programming, 20h at 120 PLN per hour"
- "Show overdue invoices"
- "Which client owes me the most?"
Built into Quento
Quento AI opens from the floating assistant button and works in context. You can keep the chat in a drawer, continue in a full-page view, and use quick actions to jump to the right record or screen.
It can explain where to click, but when the request is clear it can also do the work for you.
Voice Input
Quento AI also supports browser voice input, so you can dictate a request instead of typing it.
