Welcome to Quento. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service

Quento provides AI-powered invoicing software. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. We use secure payment processors and do not store credit card information.

3. Your Data

You own all data you input into Quento. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time. We store data securely and maintain regular backups.

4. AI Integration

Quento provides built-in AI features through Quento AI and optional external integrations such as ChatGPT. By default, Quento AI runs on open-source models hosted on Ollama Cloud and managed by Quento. Enterprise accounts can use a private or custom hosted AI setup. Quento stores assistant conversation history inside your account so you can continue work in the app.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
