From 1 January 2027, Polish companies will be required to include the KSeF reference number in bank transfer titles. Quento is already ready.
What changes in 2027
When you issue an invoice and expect payment by bank transfer, your counterpart will need to include the KSeF reference number in the transfer title — instead of or alongside the invoice number. This is a KSeF 2.0 requirement from the Polish Ministry of Finance.
What Quento does today
On every invoice page with payment method "transfer" and an assigned KSeF reference number (status: accepted), the KSeF number appears automatically next to the payment details with a Copy button.
One click — the KSeF number goes to your clipboard.
How to check it
- Open an invoice with payment method "transfer"
- If the invoice was accepted by KSeF, you will see the Payment Details section with the KSeF number and a Copy button
- Click Copy — the KSeF number is in your clipboard
What about the QR code?
The payment QR code (EPC/SEPA standard) on your invoices already includes the KSeF reference number in the title field — when your client scans the QR code in their banking app, they get the correct transfer title with the KSeF number.
