What is KSeF?
KSeF is Poland's mandatory electronic invoicing system for B2B transactions. If you have a Polish NIP and issue B2B invoices, you need KSeF compliance.
Mandatory from 2026:
- February 1, 2026: Companies with 200M+ PLN revenue (2024)
- April 1, 2026: All businesses
- January 1, 2027: Small businesses (under 10K PLN monthly sales)

Setup
- Go to Company Settings → edit your Polish company
- Scroll to KSeF Configuration
- Select environment:
- Demo (available now - real authentication with test invoices)
- Production (real invoices - available now)
- Get your authentication token:
- Demo: Available at ksef-demo.mf.gov.pl/web
- Production: Available now at ksef.mf.gov.pl/web/login
- Paste the token in Quento and click Save
